Lets you specify which projects to include in the resource scope. The resource scope is the range of projects that MacProject II examines when determining the work level of resources.
You may want MacProject II to analyze your resources beyond the current project if you have multiple projects or subprojects that draw on the same resources. This will help you avoid “over-allocating” a resource.

A new project’s resource scope covers only the project itself unless you specify otherwise.
If you expand the scope of a project and then allocate a new resource to it, MacProject II will not be aware of other allocations to this resource outside the current project.
When you display the histogram for a new resource, you will be asked if you want to include allocations from other projects to the new resource.
